This page explains how to request deletion of your Migiri account and the data associated with it. "Migiri" is a registered trademark of Digital Literacy S.L.U.
1. Delete your account from the app
You can delete your account yourself, at any time:
- Open the Migiri app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- On the "Before Deleting Your Account…" screen, confirm by tapping Delete Account.
Your account is effectively deleted within 24 hours, unless you sign back in before then — signing in again during that window cancels the deletion.
2. Delete your account by email
If you can't access the app, email help@migiri.app from your account's email address, with the subject "Account deletion". We'll verify your identity and complete the deletion within a maximum of 30 days.
3. What is deleted and what is kept
Permanently deleted
- Your account and profile
- Your progress and streak history
- Awards you've earned
- Course and questionnaire answers
- Your custom filter settings
Please note
- Deleting your account does not cancel active subscriptions. Manage those in the store where you subscribed (Google Play or the App Store).
- We may retain a limited set of records, such as billing and transaction data, where the law requires us to, for the period required.
